A: No your existing details will still work; however once you log in you will be provided with additional options.

A: Public Networks is a new secure account technology and website that has been created by GatenbySanderson.

Q: Do I have to fill in all of the details in My Profile?

A: It is completely optional how much detail you provide in your profile, however if you are currently looking for a job we can use this information to help us assess whether any roles that we know are available may be suitable for you, as long as you have not opted out of this option.

Q: Who has access to view my profile?

A: Only the experienced consultants at GatenbySanderson can view your details to help match you with the right job, and only if you have opted in to this service. Employers will only be provided details as part of an application and these are only the details that you provide as part of your application.

Q: If I didn’t let you know that I am actively looking for a role when I registered, can I do so now?

Q: How do I search for a job once I have registered my account?

A: You can perform a search on http://www.pinpointleader.com/ or for executive roles only, on http://www.gatenbysanderson.com

Q: Which employers are you working with?

A: You can view the list of employers by going to http://www.public-networks.com/our-employers however since we also deal with confidential roles this list is not exhaustive.

Q: I think I may have a GatenbySanderson account already but I don’t remember my details, what should I do?

A: You can either go to our log in page and use the forgotten password link, or alternatively you can create a new account by filling in the registration form.

Q: I tried to create a new account but it says my email address is already registered, why is this?

A: This means that at some point you have registered for a GatenbySanderson account with your email address, use the forgotten password link to retrieve your details.

Q: I’ve previously applied for a job, which has now closed and I want to access all of the information?

A: Simply log in, go to My Account and you will see all the Job Applications you have previously made

Q: How do I know that my application has been received?

A: After you complete your online application, you should receive an email telling you that we have received your application. You can also check in your account where the application will be listed.

Q: I need to make an application in a hurry, can I email instead?

A: Applying online is quick and easy and ensures we receive your application and correct information appropriately. By registering, it also means that you benefit from any communication that may be sent online. To make your application as quickly as possible, first register (you can do this from any pages of our sites) by giving your name, address and contact details, go to the appropriate job details page and follow the simple instructions.
